You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that falls into the following categories. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

Illegal Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
• Bestiality or sexual content involving animals
• Content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking
• Content promoting terrorism or terrorist organizations
• Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or drugs
• Any content that violates local, national, or international law

Violent & Graphic Content

• Real-world gore, mutilation, or graphic depictions of death
• Content depicting or promoting violence against individuals or groups
• Animal abuse, cruelty, or torture
• Content glorifying or inciting real-world violence
• Graphic content from war zones, accidents, or crime scenes

Harmful & Abusive Content

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of individuals
• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Doxxing or sharing personal/private information without consent
• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Threats of violence or intimidation

Deceptive & Spam Content

• Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or brands
• Misinformation that could cause real-world harm
• Spam, scams, or phishing attempts
• Unauthorized advertising or commercial solicitation
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code

Intellectual Property

• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Pirated software, media, or other copyrighted material

Note: Content marked as "Sensitive" (NSFW) that complies with these rules is permitted but will be hidden by default and only shown to users who opt in.

6. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing

DMCA notices can be sent to our contact email. We will respond to valid takedown requests within 48 hours.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ENDORSE, VERIFY, OR GUARANTEE ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAWGAG AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RawGag and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
